Information on the processing of personal data.

It is possible to use the form once personal data marked as mandatory have been provided. The provision of such data is not required under any statute, contract, or condition for the conclusion of one. Nevertheless if such data has not been provided, it is not possible to respond to the matter described in the contact form. The provision of other data is optional. Below you will find detailed principles and objectives of the processing of your personal data.

GDPR – Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

2. Personal data officer.
The Controller did not appoint any data protection officer.
3. Objectives, reasons, and period of processing.
Your personal data included in the form will be processed to identify you and to deal with the matter described in the form, which constitutes legitimate interest of the Controller(legal basis: art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), until you make a successful request for their removal or limitation in the processing of such data or make an successful objection to the processing, along with
a request for relocation.
The data processing period may be extended if such processing is indispensable to determine, pursue, or protect against any claims, and after that period – only in the case and to the extent required under relevant legal regulations.
Your data shall not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.
4. Recipients of personal data.
The recipients of personal data are the staff of the Controller, suppliers in charge of IT systems, along with authorities or third parties which make a request for such information based on and in line with relevant legal regulations which provide for the legal obligation to give such information. 
Your personal data shall not be transferred to third countries/international organisations.
5. Your rights.
You shall have the right to: (1) access your data (receive information regarding the data being processed), (2) rectify your data (completion, improvement), (3) erase your data, the so called “right to be forgotten”, (4) restrict the processing of your data, or (5) to relocate your data (within the scope set forth in Art. 20 of the GDPR).
The scope of these rights and circumstances in which they may be exercised result from legal regulations.
Regardless of the foregoing rights, you shall have the right, at any moment, to object to the processing of your personal data (including profiling), if the legal basis for the processing of your personal data by the Controller is a public interest (art. 6(1)(e) of the GDPR) or legitimate interest of the Controller (art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). In such a case, after the examination of your application, the Controller shall not have the right to process your personal data covered by the objection resulting from the aforementioned bases, unless the Controller demonstrates that there are:
1) compelling legitimate grounds for the processing thereof which take precedence over your interests, rights and freedoms, or
2) grounds for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
You shall have the right to file a complaint to the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates legal provisions. For more information, visit the website of the above office.
