On February 14th, 2012 the Management Board of the NCF passed a resolution to extend the deadline for the formal evaluation of offers submitted in the framework of the Tender of Offers 1/2011 until March 9th, 2012.
The deadline was extended because of large number of submitted investment offers. During offers’ analysis some issues that require making decisions appeared. Moreover, the Management Board of the NCF passed a resolution to extend the deadline for the announcement of rejected offers until March 14th, 2012.
The National Capital Fund received 25 investment offers for creation of VC funds in the framework of Tender of Offers 1/2011. The deadline for submission of applications for raising capital from the Swiss-Polish Cooperation Programme expired on January 31st, 2012. The NCF will spend for investments in funds not less than PLN 60 million from the Swiss-Polish Cooperation Programme.
